Shipping policy

At Aura Beam™, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, with estimated delivery times of 8–12 business days depending on your location. We proudly offer free shipping on all orders. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email so you can monitor your package’s progress. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at aurabeamtm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund. For all other refund requests, customers may be eligible for a refund within 7–14 days after delivery, subject to our refund policy terms.
