1. How long does shipping take?

5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional carrier delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us.
10. What if my package is lost?
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

18. Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking updates can sometimes take 24-72 hours to appear after shipment. Please allow additional time for carrier scans.
19. What is your refund and replacement policy?
At Aura Beam™, customer satisfaction is important to us.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aurabeamtm@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer either a replacement item or a full refund.
For all other refund requests, customers may request a return or refund within 7-14 days after the delivery date, depending on the circumstances and eligibility requirements outlined in our Refund Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging whenever applicable.
Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be guaranteed for requests submitted outside of the eligible refund period.
