Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Beam™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aurabeamtm@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Upon review, we will provide a replacement item or issue a refund when applicable.

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery. Refund requests for reasons other than shipping damage must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aura Beam™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
